Harvest Hustle 5K

After careful consideration with organizers and the Foundation Board, we have made the decision to cancel the event this Friday due to weather. There is still chance for thunder/storms, with 100% precipitation during our event time. We want to make sure the race is fun and safe for everyone. We were unable to offer a rain-out event for this year, but will work on alternative options for next year. We thank you for your support and understanding as we all were looking forward for another successful Harvest Hustle 5K in 2024!

Due to this race bring a fundraiser, we are unable to offer reimbursement. However, we are offering the points below:

• All registrants for this year’s event will be honored and registered for next year’s race day, which is Friday, October 11, 2024 from 6-8 pm. Information on next steps will be coming within the next few week, with reminders next spring when we open registration.

• We have all your t-shirts ready for a new home! We are offering racing t-shirts to all registrants. T-shirts will be available, starting tomorrow from 5:00 pm –     8:00 pm at the Wellness Center. T-shirts will remain available to pick-up     at the Wellness Center through Friday, Oct. 20th. Check in at the front  desk starting Friday, Oct. 13^th for picking up for t-shirt. Please bring a copy of your registration as a way to verify.

• We have goodie bags for all registrants for the Kid’s Fun Run as well! When picking up t-shirts, we will have those bags ready for you. Please bring a copy of your     registration as a way to verify.

Registration Pricing:

• Kid's Fun Run - Ages 3-10: $15.00 per person
• Ages 11 - 16: $25.00 per person
• Ages 17 and over: $35.00 per person

All proceeds will go toward supporting West Lafayette Parks and Recreation current and future programming!

Volunteer with Us!

We are in need of volunteers to help guide participates through the course and make this event a success. Volunteers will receive a free race day t-shirt!
